Just bought, wont turn on

I just got the tablet in today and i go to turn it on and nothing. The blue light comes on that says the power is on, the tablet has been charged and even the camera indicator keeps coming on but nothing on the screen. Can some one please help?

Hi Broham,

I'm sorry to hear this. Have you tried to charging the tablet for a couple of hours? If so, it may be worth contacting your retailer for more information. Hope this helps.

How do I switch between keyboard and touchscreen keyboard

My laptop is randomly switching between the laptop keyboard mode to touchscreen. It is infuriating and I can find no reason why it is doing this or any help on how to switch it off.

This device comes with Windows 8 pre- installed. However you can install Windows 7 to this PC if you would like.

I have 3 questions.
1. Can it download music from iTunes?
2. Can it download ebooks? from any website? can I buy them and read them there?
3. Does it have the feature where they would read aloud for me? (read written material on tablet: articles, ebooks) <highlight and right click, *listen* comes up?>

when / if will the s planner be availble on this computer ?

i have had both s3 and s4 mobile phones and love my s planner, I bought the samsung computer so that i could link it. however i have now been told that the splanner is not available on my computer. Very frustrating as that was particularly why i chose samsung. and yes i was informed incorrectly by the salesperson that i would be able to do it !
