Looking for Answers about samsung WD8704RJA 7kgAIR RefreshWasher Dryer?

I have read a review on Amazon from a user that purchased this item with a 2 year manufacturers warranty (parts and labour) and a 5 year on the drum motor. I haven't been able to find any information on any of the retailers site about the drum warranty, can you tell me if this is standard warranty on all Samsung washer dryers.

don't know why as the clothes are barely damp when the drying begins but when it finishes it either shows an unbalanced load error code and we have to rinse it (and it still won't dry) or we open it at the end of the drying process and the clothes are absolutely soaking wet like we've just lifted them out the bath! Do you know why this happens as it's very strange! We can't dry any clothes now for the risk it'll keep happening. Doesn't matter whether we use a drying option only or drying combined with a wash cycle.

can the washer drier be used for a warm refesh to soften clothes . used to use old drier for a low temp cycle for a 20 min time
