I have lost the screws for the arc tv stand - what size are they? i need to replace them.

My TV is currently wallmounted and I want to put it back on the TV stand. Unfortunately, Ive misplaced the original screws.

Hi.

Please see page 124 of the user manual provide in the link below. This shows you how to change the language of the TV.

If your selected language is not there, it is possible that a third party application may be available to download from the Samsung Hub.

Screw size for 55f8000 arc stand

I have a 55f8000 which was previously wall mounted, but is now going back on the stand, however, Ive lost the screws to fix it to the base - does anyone know the dimensions of the screws for the arc base?

Question

Sound dropping out

I keep getting the sound dropping out, and a message offering me voice and motion control.
If I press the cancel button the sound comes back, but its annoying when this happens during movies Etc.
Is there a way of disabling this.

Hi,

To turn on voice and motion control;
1:When the TV is turned on, press menu on the remote
2: Press smart features
3: There is an option for motion control and voice, please make sure that these are turned off.

Youtube app

I have an iphone 5s and andriod hudl tab and when i select the youtube app on them and select the send to tv icon i cant find my tv, but the blueray comes up on the network there, So the tv cant be seen on the network and this stopped working or seems to be after i did the update to 1115 on the tv. But if i open the you tube app from the smart hub it works and i can stream, is this a youtube app problem or firmware, because i liked the fact you could be watching tv and anyone on your network could just send a youtube clip to the tv instantly and then go back to the tv without touching the remote. hope that makes sence.
