Why is sound cutting out?
I have a 46” F6320 television and since the start of operating it the sound cuts out several times while viewing a film. There are nasty little clicks in the sound that happen every few minutes or so, but when I’m watching 3D films there are no sound drop outs? Plus there are no drop outs when watching TV programs direct from the TV? When I play normal 2D Blu-ray discs and DVDs the sound starts cutting out, sounding like sudden ‘snaps’ in the sound. I have a 3D Blu-ray player, a 2D Blu-ray player and a HD-DVD player and I also have a PVR connected and the clicking in the sound happens with all of them. I have ‘never’ had a problem with these devices until I bought this TV and the HDMI leads I use I have never had a problem with. The sound cutting out is extremely annoying and is making watching movies an absolute misery. Because I have never experienced this sound problem with any TV or device I own or have previously owned the sound defect I conclude must be the fault of the TV. I have tried to reset the sound in the sound menu, but the problem still occurs and I’ve made sure all connections are tight, but to no avail. I have e-mailed Samsung about this but was wondering if anyone here can shed some light on what is causing this irritating sound problem and the solution to fix it. Thanks.
Hi Simon, Is your software up to date? You can do this by; Menu> Support> Software update> Update now. What HDMI leads are you using? The prefered HDMI leads are 1.4. upwards. What camera do i need?
Looking to buy a camera to use Skype. What model camera do I need?
I have just purchased a UE46F6320AK. There is a noticeable blur to mostly to peoples faces when they move. Its frustrating and not what I expect from a new smart TV. What can I do to get rid of this. Someone mentioned motion blur on a forum but there doesnt appear to a setting for this in the menu picture settings
Purchased brand new today , followed tuning in programme linking it to external ariel and sky box works fine, but smart hub does not work and near enough most apps when clicking on the app itself it just goes to black screen and does not load when clicking on help and support using the smart hub button takes you back to what ever programme you were viewing and does not load anything either, all wireless connections are working and have also factory reset from the beginning and also used the cable to Wire straight to the internet hub for direct connection yet still the same problems any help would be brilliant thank you ...
why is motion control now missing from the smart features menu
I have just purchased the ue46f6320 tv and a vg-stc3000 camera and can not get the motion control to work as it is no longer showing on my menu screen, It was there when I first got the tv but no longer shows since I purchased the camera. I got the tv from richer sounds and it says it has motion control in the specs, any help greatly appreciated

my dear little girl managed to get a hold of the baby talc powder and covered the room in powder.. i came into a cloud of powder so thick it was hard to see properly. now i wonder if that could had caused any damage to my new television? i havnt noticed anything when i tried it out but i can never be to sure right?
