Hi,

Please reset your TV. Please press Menu > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > Pin and this should fix your issues.

Hi Glenn,

You will need to contact Love Film with this issue as all apps are maintained and developed by their vendors. I would also advise you to try and reset your TV to resolve this issue.

why smarthub dont work

Why cant I download any samsung apps on my new TV? It says network interference occured and try later and I have tried that for few days but it doesnt work.
Also I would like to mention that when I got the TV it worked fine, but this problem has occured after 24 hours of me receiving it .Please advise

Why cam I not input my postcode to access the itv i player, even though the remote works on everything else?
