When I try to use iplayer, itvplayer, 4OD all are unusable as they either freeze or jump. Tv is connected Via wifi. Is there anyway of fixing this?

Tv connected via wifi router to super fast broad.

Hi, Is your firmware up to date? You can check this by pressing Menu> Support> Contact Samsung. The latest firmware for the F6320 is 2000.2. You could also try resetting your Smart Hub. You can do this by pressing Menu> Smart Features> Smart Hub Reset. Hope this helps.

Hi,

Have you tried using a wired internet connection to the TV? This will allow you to see if it is a problem with the wifi connection. Alternatively, you could try doing a Smart Hub Reset. You can do this by pressing Menu on your remote> Smart Features > Smart Hub Reset. Hope this helps.

What is causing the picture to break down when laptop is connected.

When I connect my HP laptop to the television via HDMI cable there is interference in the form of the picture flickering and speckling. How can I overcome this?

Hi David have you tried using a different HDMI cable? Do you have the latest firmware for your TV? The latest firmware is 2000.2. You can check this by pressing Menu> Support> Contact Samsung. Have you changed the resolution to support the PC? Hope this helps.

Hi Zach, Are you watching the films through the smart hub? If so, you need to reset your smart hub, to do this; press Menu on your remote >Go down to Smart features > and then press Reset smart hub. Hope this helps.

Question

Set top box powering off with TV

When I power off the TV the set-top box (which I have set up universal remote to use) also powers off. I dont want this to happen as I may have future programmes set to record to the DVR.

I cant find a power options setting anywhere.

RGB only mode is greyed out for all my sources. Is it possible to bring it up when playing media on a USB device?

For background I'm in the middle of doing some set up using test videos on a usb device. I would like to enable RGB only (blue only).
