You dont need any dongles as the TV has Bluetooth capabilities so the headphones will pair up fine.

according to the specs on the Samung site, this TV supports DVB-S2.
According to Wikipedia article on Freesat:
"All of the standard definition channels broadcasting to date are broadcast using DVB-S, ITV1 HD and NHK World HD also use DVB-S. BBC One HD and BBC HD used DVB-S until 6 June 2011 when the satellite transponder carrying them was upgraded to DVB-S2.[41] Channel 4 HD had launched using DVB-S2 but the transponder was downgraded to DVB-S on 28 March 2012. "

So I think the answer is 'yes', Freesat HD is supported.

Can I connect a satellite cable straight into the back of the TV

I have a satellite cable, but no decoder. On the back of the TV there is a connector for a satellite cable and I noticed when I was setting up the TV that you can search for available satellite channels.

How much response time does 40" ES7000 have in ms?

I checked features and tech spec tabs of it but response time is not written in both.
Response time is the length of time which requires for redrawing pixels in tv.

Bluray 3D .iso file

Hello,
will You in new updates of firmware manage to include support of opening Bluray 3D iso files over DLNA?
That would be really great option, so customers wouldn't have to buy separately media player that actually supports bluray 3D iso files.
