Internet connection problems after last firmware update
Since about 23 Feb, after a prompted firmware update, I have been unable to connect to the internet. Im connected via an ethernet cable and the TV says it can connect to my router, but says it is unable to connect to the internet, contact my network administrator. The router is working fine so its the TV (and I suspect the firmware update) that is causing issue. A lot of reports on the internet with a alot of SMART tv users having similar internet connection issues, but no solutions posted yet. Has anyone resolved this issue? Would trying to reinstall an older firmware version work?
