Hi,

We have just released some new software for this set here in the UK. Please follow these instructions to find out your current version; Menu - Support - Contact Samsung. The software version on here should read T-MST10PDEUC-1017.1. If it does not please go to www.Samsung.com/uk and enter your model code into the search bar, click on support, then click on downloads, then select FIRMWARE. From here you will need to download T-MST10PDEUC-1017.1 and save to your computer before running the file. Once you have completed this process you will have a folder which you must move onto a USB stick before connecting the USB to the TV. Once this is done follow these steps; Menu - Support - Software Update - USB.
This should resolve these issues.

Hi,

They should be still there. Just go to the bottom line of apps and scroll right. The just arent in view on the main page.

Firmware update for UE40EH5300K

Hi What is included in the firmware T-MST10PDEUC-1032.0 and do i need to update to this. Bought my T.V at the beginning of April 2013. In future it may well be a good idea to say what comes with the firmware updates.

is it possible to play facebook games on the tv

i have connected my FB account to the TV and it appears to run very smoothly, and i'm very happy with it, but i would also like to play the FB games too, Is this possible, i have tried to run one, but it reports back with the message Adobe Flash needs updating, Can this be done, and how would i do it.

You will need to purchase a wireless adapter in order to connect your TV to your Wi-Fi. The model number of the adapter we recommend you use with your TV is WIS12ABGNX.

Question

Can't download any apps

Hi,
I have a new Samsung TV EH5300, this is connected directly to my sky router via an ethernet cable. The tv definitely has internet access as i can use the browser with no problem and load the pages fine. The problem i have is trying to install any app (e.g. BBC Iplayer or Netflix), basically I go to install the app, it saids downloading, but 1 hour later still saids downloading!!.
I have tried to an update on the tv and it saids its up to date. Also i have powered off the tv and removed the plug from the wall and this has made no difference.
Is the tv faultly??

Why does my Samsung EH5300 Smart Tv keeps turning the volume down to zero by itself

This happens intermittantly, we have even tried removing the batteries out of the remote to rule out a button being stuck down but this still happens but only every now and again. As this TV is now 15 months old it is just out of its warrenty so I'm hoping for a fix.

How can I print a hard copy of the user manual for my EH5300 LED TV.

I have downloaded the User Manual to my computer but the format seems wrong as the manual is over 800 hundred pages long but the format i.e. line spacing and print size means only a little text gets on to each page. The download is pdf.
