how to resolve smart tv ue32es5500 connection problems to internet

smart tv ue32es5500 connects to router but not the internet&#59; internet is working for all other devices connected to the router&#59;and no obvious firewall or child settings blocks on the router. the issue did not arise since installed for a year

I am having the same issue. Can connect to the router but not to the internet. Have tried wired and WiFi dongle but have the Same issue. All other devices in the house can connect to the web without issue

my smart tv has stopped connecting to the internet. How can I resolve this problem. All other devices can connect to the Internet.

my 32inch smart tv no longer connects to the internet. All other devices can connect to the internet so the BT Hub is working fine. I have had the tv for 2 years and never had a problem. It connects to the BT Hub but then has a message sayinf "cannot connect to the Interner". Grateful for any help to resolve the problem as I want to watch the new series of House of Cards

Hi Emily, You can connect audio devices via optical cable. If you do not have an optical connection you could connect your speakers using a Phono to Headphone jack. Hope this helps.

I dont need to see anything on the TV-sceen. I only need the screen tot select my mp3s. When playing the music I prefer the screen black.

Hi.

Have you checked that the latest Software Update is installed on to your TV? You can check this by going to Menu > Support > Software Update.
The software update menu lets you upgrade your TV’s software to the latest version. If the latest version is already installed, please reset your Smart Hub.

To reset the Smart hub, please follow the instructions on page 340 onwards of the user manual provided in the link below.

Tv remote stopped working, replaced batteries and not worked. Replaced controller for like for like and not worked but different controller works?

My tv remote has stopped working, I have changed the batteries and still it doesnt work. I have a different samsung tv remote and this works. I have ordered a replacement aa5900582a and this doesnt work. What else could it be but 2 faulty controllers

Hi Graham,

The only way to connect your PC to your TV is via a HDMI lead.

You will have to connect this to HDMI (DVI) input on your TV.

You cannot use an SSD for this TV. You must use a HDD as specified in the user guide.
