Hi.

Please visit this page: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE32EH5000KXXU. If you scroll down to the firmware section you will be able to download the firmware file to USB and then transfer it straight to your TV. If you need any help with this please see page 119 of the user manual and this will tell you how to do this: http://org.downloadcenter.samsung.com/downloadfile/ContentsFile.aspx?CDSite=UNI_UK&CttFileID=4944324&CDCttType=UM&ModelType=N&ModelName=UE32EH5000K&VPath=UM/201203/20120307193044523/X9DVBEU4E-ENG.pdf

Also, if your TV is connected to the internet and you have a stable connection you will be able to download it on to the TV directly. If you require any further assistance with this then please do not hesitate to call our Audio-Visual team and they will be happy to help. Their details can be found on the following page: http://www.samsung.com/uk/info/contactus.html

I hope this helps.

Hi,

You should be able to use a HDMI to HDMI cable to connect your TV and Laptop. Perhaps, you could contact our call centre to troubleshoot this with our AV team on 0330 726 7864? Many thanks.

Hi, I'm afraid that when you connect the headphones the sound automatically gets diverted through the headphone socket. There is not a setting that can prevent this. Thanks.

Hi, the bit error level should be 0 and the signal quality should be 100% for you to receive the best connection. You can also try updating the software and re-tuning the channels. Hope this helps.

Hi Leeanne,

To listen to sound from your home theatre system, both the TV and the theatre system need to support an ARC connection through the HDMI connection.

Unfortunately, this TV does not support a ARC connection and so sound from your TV will not be passed through to your theatre system.

Thanks

I have an EH5000WXXN and wondered whether it is possible to change the channel order from alphabetical order (A-Z) to the normal freeview channel order (e.g. BBC1, BBC2, ITV, and so on).

Hi Josh,

The channels are broadcast in multiplexes and are aligned by the broadcaster to your TV. You may be able to organise favourites. The information to do this can be located in the user manual at the following link.

Hi Mohammed,

There is no specific length of M6 screw for this TV when connecting to your bracket. The manufacturers of different brackets will have different lengths of screws depending on the bracket size. I would suggest contacting the bracket manufacturer for the correct length.

Thanks.

Hi Mr Terry,

The only way you could use wireless headphones is if they have their own power source, transmitter and can be plugged into a 3.5mm audio jack.

Thanks.
