Can you please try the following to rectify the issue:
Reset the TV, please ensure the TV is on to do this;
1. Press the Menu button
2. Go to Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset > Enter PIN 0000
3. Highlight OK and press the enter button.
4. This will switch the TV off, switch it back on.
5. Go through the initial plug and play set-up for the TV.
