Question
Cannot Receive This Programme.... Please check connections
When flicking between channels, this appears to be a regular problem. I read somewhere it was due to an old LNB, so just installed a new quad LNB. It seems to have improved, but still occasionally evident, especially HD channles.
Also, when using the red button on BBC channels, selecting "Sports Multicahnnel" the problem is ALWAYS there. I have never yet successfully received the multiscreen.
This would appear to me to be yet another software problem Are other users experiencing the same, and can Samsung confirm that this is omething they are working on?

1. Ensure you have the latest software (5.0.300)
2. Make sure you have 2 wires connected (splitter doesn't work)
3. Press info 3 times and check if you can check the signal info for 2 tuners (left/right changes tuners)
4. Swap the wires to see if there is no problem with particular tuner
5. Reset to defaults and choose Two cables on Antenna settings (first installation) to make sure your box is not set up to work with 1 tuner only (if you cannot access the 2nd tuner information - see point 3.)
