Looking for Answers about samsung 43" D450 Series 4 Plasma TV?

i have connected my samsung digital television to the same aerial that i used with my grundig digital television.having used the auto tune feature,i can receive all the freeview channels but on some channels the picture is pixalated and the sound is distorted.i had no such problem with the grundig set,everything was crisp and clear.can you suggest a reason for this.

My auntie has a new tv from you 2 weeks old it is samsung model number PS43D450a2 but on your website does not come up it only comes up with model number PS43D450a2w anyways she has an old Sky stb Box made by Pace and her remote does not do any of the telly functions such as on or off no volume etc have tried many codes with sky representatives but nothing can you help and get this sorted for me pleasse ??
