My ultrabook is stuck in boot loop displaying "your PC has run into a problem and needs to restart" How do I get out of this?

Have tried the interrupt keys (F2, F10, ESC, F4 + others) but cant get to Setup/Bios to change anything. his happened following a Windows 8 update. I dont think the boot is going far enough to allow interrupts. Any Ideas anyone

Touchpad and keyboard not working! Help

I had a problem with Kaspersky 2013. it was stopping the scanner from working. When i paused it it was fine and i was fed up so I uninstalled it and installed AVAST instead. Since then, my touchpad and mouse has completely stopped working with a Code 10 error. I have updated all drivers using the SW software in vain. Please help

Why does my screen go black when I tilt it too far back?

Im not sure quite when it started, but in the past few weeks Ive noticed my screen is going black at a certain black out point if I tilt it too far back.

If I tilt it back towards me, the display turns back on at about 120 degrees.

How do I fix this? Whats the problem?

Hi Susan,

You can recover your computer to the default (factory) status when your computer does not boot up.
-If Windows does not start > Turn your computer on and press the F4 key to run recovery mode.
- If Windows is running > From the Start Screen, right-click any area and select All apps in the bottom right corner and then, click Recovery.

Question

Touch screen is faulty

I have a brand new Samsung Notebook, as soon as I've started it the touch screen keeps picking up (almost constantly so I can't use it at all unless I switch off the functionality) touches on the right hand side when I'm not touching it. Is there anyway to fix this or should I just send it back?

why does my pc always disconnect from the internet and then wont re connect

basically i got thiss pc and it was alright for a while but recent it has disconnted from the internet and not been able to reconnect from the internet several times a day always in the evening and i have to re start my laptop to get it to re connect is there away way i can stop this from happing.
