Changed hard disk, impossible reinstall windows 7
I broke original hard disk. The new one is more speedy: 7200 rpm vs 5400 rpm. Also the power needed is a little more: 800mA vs 700mA.
Now it is impossible reinstall the system. PC does not recognize USB-CD. Always "Reboot and Select proper Boot device..." It seems neither HD nor the CD is not connected.
But nothing is broken: I tested with an old hard disk and i installed the system.
Can you help me? Is the new hd conflictual?
thanks a lot
