Question

When is the 23" version going to be released?

I love the design of this monitor and would also love to have it! However, 27" is too big for my place, so I'd like to ask when is the 23" version going to be released?

It was announced way back in January 2011 and it's still not out. Please, if anyone can answer this I'd be ever so grateful! I've been looking everywhere and no one seems to know.

Is it possible to use this as a HDTV as well as a monitor, ie. with the HD cable/sat box connected to the HDMI in port?

I have displayport and DVI-D compatible PCs and laptops that I would use with this screen, but would also like to connect my cable (Tivo) box to watch HDTV and cable content. Is this possible by connecting the HDMI out from the cable box to the HDMI in of the Samsung S27A950d? There is a S27B950d available for sale advertised as an LED TV but it does not have displayport, DVI or 120Hz, so I am more interested in this model if it can be used for TV as well.
