Why does Keis keep crashing and will not sync with the phone
Both lite and normal have this problem.

Hi.

You can transfer music from your PC to your Galaxy Ace by using Samsung Kies. This software can be downloaded straight from the Samsung website. Ensure to download Kies and not Kies 3 as this version only supports devices on Android 4.3 and over. Please see the link below to find all of the information and tutorials on Samsung KIES:

Not enough storage message when installing SmartCall app.

Device Manager tells me there is 139MB used and 51MB free storage. However when I download the Virgin Smartcall app which is 15.8MB, when it reaches 94% download the not enough storage message appears. Why ?

Hi.

Applications can take up a large amount of storage on devices. To create more storage on your Galaxy Ace you can purchase a Micro SD card. This slots in to the device and allows applications and data to be saved externally. Please visit the link below which shows you the different types of Micro SD cards that are available.

If you do not wish to purchase external storage you can try deleting data from your device. Deleting items such as pictures, emails, and text messages can all create more storage on the device. You can also try clearing your internet history and cache. Please follow the steps below on how to clear the cache individually.

Settings > Application Manager > Select Application > Clear Cache

You can also check which element of the device is taking up the most storage. You can do this by going to Settings > Storage. This will allow you to view all the storage on the device and manage it accordingly. You are also able to clear all cached data from every application you have rather than going through them individually. Once you have acknowledged what is taking up the most storage on your device you can get a better understanding of what needs to be removed.

Hi.

You can remove and add an email account if your password has been changed. To remove an email account please go to Settings > Accounts & Sync > Select the Account > Remove Account,

To add an email account, please go to Settings > Accounts & Sync > Add Account > Select Account. Once you have done this you can enter your new password for your account.

Hi.

Performing a hard reset on your device will take you to the Android System Recovery page. To do this, please follow these steps:

- With the phone switched off, press and hold the Volume Up key and the Home key, then press and hold the Power key. At this point you should see the Android recovery screen.
- You can then use the volume keys to go up an down, and press the power button as your select key.

Why doesnt calendar sync fully with outlook?

When I sync calendar with microsoft outlook on my PC, only some items appear on the phone and most items dont. I ticked the all schedules box. My microsoft outlook has icloud items.Could it be something to do with incompability with icloud items?
