Hi.

It can be due to a lack of memory. You may not have enough memory on your device to function well. Try uninstalling any unused or very infrequently used apps and/or deleting some media files to free up internal memory.

If the device memory is fine, then I recommend performing a factory data reset. You can do this by following these steps:
Settings - Back up and reset - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase everything.

Performing a factory data reset will erase all data from your device. I advise that you back up your data on Samsung KIES. Please see the link below to find all of the information and tutorials on Samsung KIES:

Hi.

Hi Noreen.

Is the music you want to add to your phone on your PC or laptop? to add this to your phone you will just need to connect the phone to your computer using the USB cable. This will bring up the "mass storage" screen. From here you can add music to your device.

In the contacts menu there should be an option to add another field. Tapping this will allow you to add an email address to a contact.

The vibrate option, when in use, will cancel all sound on the device and effectively run silent.
