You could try removing the battery while the phone is on for 30 seconds to reboot the device. If the error message pops up again, you could try booting the device in safe mode and then clearing the application cache and data. To do this;
While the phone is off, press and hold the Power button. When the S3 screen appears, release the Power button. Immediately after releasing the button, press and hold the Volume Down key. Continue holding the Volume Down key until the phone finished restarting. 'Safe Mode' will be seen in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Once you have rebooted the device in safe mode, Clear Cache & Data
Tap Apps > Settings > tap More > Application Manager > Touchwiz > tap Clear Chache + Clear data buttons and then Reboot the device normally. Hope this helps.
