I receive a message which says Memory Full. Ive deleted SMS history and e-mail history and have Free memory on my applications. On the top left of the screen is the clock symbol, but I couldnt find the significance of this in the user manual.
Please check out this link to factory reset your device http://skp.samsungcsportal.com/integrated/popup/FaqDetailPopup3.jsp?cdsite=uk&seq=1038807. Please be aware that this will erase all of your personal data, so ensure to back up your device. Hope this helps.

cant receive or send photos since changing to talk talk network
phone galaxy ace s5830i changed from tesco network
I would recommend leaving the device until the message disappears. If the message persists, i recommend taking the device to your local Samsung service centre. You can find your local centre using the locator in the below link.
Have you tried using Kies to manage your photos? Please check out this link to download Kies http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/. I have also attached a how-to video tutorial on how to use Kies http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIESTUTORIAL/JSP. Hope this helps.

Why do i keep getting messages saying that my internal phone memory and messages memory is full?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Ace (GT-S5830i). I dont have many apps but still I keep getting messages telling me that my internal memory is full. This is really annoying. The apps that I have on my SD card are Facebook, Instagram, pictures/music, etc but it still comes up saying my internal memory is full. Also Ive started getting a message saying your message memory is full too and I also have rebooted my phone but the same thing has happened again.
I'm afraid that there is only limited internal memory on this device. I would advise that you go through the device and delete anything that you don't need. You could also clear your application cache to the free some memory on your device. 1. From the home screen tap Apps. 2. Tap Settings. 3. Tap More. 4. Tap Application manager. 5. Swipe left to view the All tab. 6. Scroll to and tap the preferred application. 7. Tap Clear cache. Hope this helps.

My pc (windows 8) doesnt reconize my samsung GT-S5830i ace phone any more as a mass storage device.
Had my phone connected before without problems to the same pc
Have you tried connecting it through Kies? Here is a link to the Kies software to download http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/. It allows you to manage your files on your PC similar to how mass storage does. Please check out this video how-to guide to get started http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIESTUTORIAL/JSP. Hope this helps.

how can I get rid of this
Why do I keep getting Low on space Internal phone storage is getting low and it stops me from receiving text messages
I'm afraid there is only limited internal storage in this device. To stop the messages you will need to delete some media files such as photos, videos and music. It may also be wise to try and delete any apps or old text messages stored in the device. Alternatively, you could purchase an SD card, that will hold your media files and some apps, http://www.samsung.com/uk/search/?q=memory%20card. Hope this helps.

How can I get this phone to connect with my Windows 8.1 laptop via USB?
You need to connect the USB cable, provided in the box to connect both the laptop and the phone. You can manage the files on your phone using mass storage or using Kies software. Here is a link to download the software to your Laptop http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/
Hope this helps.
