Hi,

To block calls to your device, you will need to add the number you wish to block to the Reject List. Please go to Application settings > Call > All calls > Auto reject > Reject list and add numbers or contacts to the list. Please note that this only applies to incoming calls.

You may be able to download third party applications from the Play Store that will allow text messages to be rejected also.

Hi James,

Please be advised that you can free up space on your device by deleting old messages, contacts, applications and media. You may also be able to move some applications to your memory card to free up more internal memory.

As your device has a limited amount of internal storage, you need to manage the available storage space on your device in order for it to work correctly. You can use the My Files app to transfer files to and from your external memory card. This will allow you to free up more internal memory on your handset.

Hi Yusuf,

The device would need a software reset, or re-flashing of the software in order to have it bypass the screen lock.

You can visit the link below to guide you to the nearest service centre that you can go to, with the proof of purchase, by just submitting your postcode, and choosing Mobile Phones from the drop down box:

Hi jonboy,

There may be an issue with the Facebook application. Have you looked to see if there is an update for the application from the Play Store? If no update is available, un-install the application from the phone then download it again from the Play Store.
