Can you please try the following to resolve the issue: Applications - Settings - Display - Adjust both the Horizontal calibration and Gyro sensor calibration. If this does not work we would advise you to back up all data and perform a reset on the device: Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset.

To change the keyboard input on your device, please do the following: Within your messaging application hold the menu key and select settings (Displayed as a cog symbol), select Keyboard types and change the input.

The digital zoom on this camera can be used by pressing the volume key. Zoom is not available in maximum resolution, this can be changed by going to Settings and selecting resolution. (Settings is displayed as an image of a cog)

The weather application is called Accuweather and is available via Google Play (Formerly Android Market) This is a third party application and as such we cannot guarantee compatibility with this device.

Clock widgets can also be found on the Market.

Hi Suzanne, please open contacts and press the menu key, select more and then display options. Within this menu you will then be able to select which groups of contacts to display.

Hi Nellie, once the configuration message has been installed, it is then saved to the device.

Your network provider will have a set maximum character message limit, once this limit has been reached the message is automatically converted into an MMS. For further information on this matter, we would kindly ask that you contact your network provider.

We would suggest that you use an alternative PC and download the latest version of KIES from www.samsung.com/uk/kies. If an update is available for your device, the software will prompt you to update.

Have you enabled access to GPS within the settings of the device?
Applications - Settings -Location and Security - Use GPS satellites.

In order for GPS to work correctly you must have clear line of sight with the sky. Sometimes applications using GPS will require an active internet connection, this could also be what is causing you issues.
