Hi Amit, Automatic updates are handled by KIES 2.0 software. You can download and install the latest version of KIES on your computer and to connect the phone via this link http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobilesoftwaremanual/mobilesoftwaremanual.do?page=MOBILE.SOFTWARE.MANUAL. The latest available upgrade will be displayed. You can also speak to an advisor on 0330 72 67 864 (option 3) for further instructions.

How do I save pictures that have been sent to me?
I have been sent photographs of my grandchildren that I would like to use as wallpaper, but I cannot find any instruction on how to save these pictures and add to my gallery? Also, I am having difficulty adding my email address. Please advise.

Hi, you can download ringtones from the Android Market. This feature depends on Netwok Provider. In Idle mode, open the application list and select Market. Search for a file and download it to the device.

Hi, In order to obtain the full user manual please visit our website. Select ''Support'' from the top of the screen. Enter full model code into the provided field. Download user manual that you require. Please could you clarify what it is that you need an enter button for as everything that needs ''entered'' should pop up with a prompt to ''enter''.

Hi Eddie, this will be solely dependant on your service provider. The GPS app requires the usage of mobile internet which will cost you depending if you have a tarrif to cover internet usage or not.

I have the same problems ,im on vodafone ,download mms settings still no joy? some said to me use mobile internet instead of wi fi ,tried that ? worked once? cant get anything now,iv to go onto vodafone to view messages a right pain ,when you dont have lap top on hand

press the middle button on the screen, or otherwise, click menu, then select settings and then select wireless and networks and deselect the wi-fi -green tick not visible. The symbol like a radar disappears from the top right hand side of your screen.

When it says saved to draft it means that the message has not been sent. The draft is saved in the text input field when you click on the contacts name in the message application. The message will remain typed in this location until it is either sent or deleted.

This phone player is not compatible with WMA format files. I would suggest that you either convert these files to MP3 or download a player with a compatible codec pack from the marketplace.
