Go to contacts, pick the contact you want, select "Edit" then scroll down where there is a box that says "ringtone" above it, click on this and select the tone you want, press the button at the bottom of the page saying "Add" and then "Save".

You've probably found it by now but it's:
Go to Menu and then on the third page to the right, go on the pic that says "clock" and you should be able to see the stopwatch feature.

Checking balance

Where is the hold button? need to press this when I call 150 to check balance, then press 1 for mobiles but keyboard disappears, need to hold keyboard in place

Hi Lizzie,

If the keypad times out, you should be able to retrieve it by press the tab which says 'Kepad' at the bottom of screen. The keypad should now become available again.

Hi Terry

Firstly I recommend contacting the car manufacturer to check its Bluetooth profile compatibility, any specific process you may be required to follow for their particular system and also to check for any updates. We also advise you to try and reset the Bluetooth in your car to factory settings.

Depending on the profile your car kit uses to load the phonebook, your contacts may have to be saved to a particular location, for example, the contacts may need to be saved to the SIM card. I would advise saving contacts to the SIM card (open contacts, tap on option key to the left of the home key, select 'import/export,' select 'export to SIM.') If the contacts are already saved to SIM, try moving them to the phone memory.

Finally your car kit may require the full contact list to be sent as a VCF file via Bluetooth. This can be done by tapping on the menu key, selecting ‘Import/Export’ and then ‘Share Via,’ ‘Bluetooth.’

By following the above advise your Tocco Lite should be ready to use hands free in your car.

i want to add a home and mobile number to a contact but when i press edit all i get is a 2 boxes 1 with name 1 with number which only excepts 1 number

Question

How do you switch off the mobile internet?

My phone always has the G on the top bar, as if the mobile internet id permanently on. And the battery is getting drained, so I assume the internet is on all the time. I can find out options to switch on and off wi-fi, but not the mobile (G) internet. This is going to cost me a fortune. Please can you tell me how to switch this off. I do not need the internet on all the time.

Question

I cannot input my club email address to collect or send my email. I run out of characters after 50.

I have 9 local (I believe the max. is 64) and after the @ the address has 44 universal characters (normal max. 190).The total including the @ is 54 so how can I get around this?

voicemail

hi, i have lost my user manual and have new phone. I need to acces my voicemail and retrieve old messages. I can access voicemail but when it asks for press number 1 for this and so on, I do not know how to bring up the keypad so I could use it to access options in menu. I have tried to press various buttons several times but none of them seemed to work. Please help

Hi jamichaela,

To activate the keypad whilst on a call press the Unlock key located at the side of the phone at the side followed by the keypad button. The keypad will now appear on the screen.

what is the "reject List" gt s5220

i was trying to add a number to a contact and because the screen is so delicate i hit the add to rejects list,, what does that mean and how can i turn that off,, i´ve had this phone 2 months ,, ive had alarms going off at midnight without setting any only went after a complete reset and it seems to be missing normal simple functions that i thought were standard today so far i´m very very disappointed.

How do I make internet text bigger and still see the whole line of text?

If I increase the size of text using the volume key the text increases but moves off the screen and I have to scrolll across to read. This is impossible for blogs where there are hundreds of lines to read and I have to do it for every line. I had a previous Samsung where the text just got bigger but all of it stayed on screen, just less words to a line. This seems a major drawback to this phone if the same cannot apply.
