We are sorry to hear of the problems you are facing. Can you please confirm that the switch on the Micro SD card's are not set to read only? If this is not the case, we would advise performing a reset on the device: Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset.

This is standard and not a problem, if the unit becomes too hot to handle, take it to an approved Samsung repair or retailer where you purchased.
