I cannot add a Google account to my Tab after Android update.

My Tab 2 autodownloaded a software upgrade and then it did a factory reset. Now I cannot add any Google accounts or open Gmail and the Play store.

Email doesnt respond

When I click to add an email account, nothing happens. When I click the email icon, it opens a blank screen. Ive reset to factory settings, but still wont work. If anyone can help, that would be great. Cheers

Have you checked for firmware updates on your Tablet? Go to Settings > My Device > Status > Software update.

my samsung galaxy tab 2 wifi does not switch on?

My WiFi is not turning on in settings....when I drag the button to the right to turn WiFi on it says turning on WiFi then the button moves to the left and does not turn on...I have reset tablet back to factory default and still not working...can you advise please

Hi there.

I am not completely sure, as it would be odd for both apps to have the same issue. However, my first suggestion would be to ensure both (all) apps are running the latest versions.

Help fixing my wifes TAB please

After an android update the my GT-P5110 has crashed and wont even start now. I just get the Samsung logo nothing else.
