My samsung gt p5110 is stuck on the Kies recovery page when the tablet is turned on

When connecting the tablet to kies, and clicking on the recovery and initializing, it says that my tablet doesnt support initializing.

Hi.

I recommend trying the troubleshoot connection option on Samsung Kies. http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

To perform the “troubleshooting connection” please follow the steps below.

1. Disconnect the device from the computer and launch Samsung Kies.
2. Connect your device to the computer via USB cable.
3. Click "Troubleshoot connection error". You can also access this under “Tools”.
4. Kies is now initializing the connection. (The time of completion will vary depending on your computers performance.)
5. Click complete and use your device as normal with Samsung Kies.

If this is unsuccessful then uninstall and reinstall Samsung Kies back on to your computer and connect your device again. Ensure that you are operating on Samsung Kies and not Kies 3. This is essential due to Kies 3 only supporting models on android version 4.3 (Jelly Bean) and above.

If you are connecting your device to the computer without Samsung Kies then please try these steps:

1. Remove all previously installed Samsung software or drivers.
2. Connect your device to the computer.
3. Allow the computer to detect the device and install the drivers.

If the above steps haven’t rectified the problem try the process again, however using a different USB port on the computer. Also if possible, try the process with a new USB cable.

The Galaxy Tab 2 has the necessary security provided that is regularly updated through our firmware releases. There are additional security applications that you can download from the Play Store. However, this is third party software and is completely optional.

I cannot add a Google account to my Tab after Android update.

Email doesnt respond
