If you only bought the tab 2 or 3 weeks ago, please check whether the fault is coming from your tablet, or your charger.
If you find your charger to be at fault, we can replace this for you. To arrange this please call our technical team on 0330 726 7864, please have a copy of your proof of purchase at hand.
If your tablet is still not charging with a different charger, you can either get this inspected by one of our Samsung engineers at one of our service centers or your device will have to be sent to us for repair.

As the tab is only a few weeks old, we recommend you firstly contact the retailer you purchased the device from to check their return policy.
