My device always shows no enough storage. I have 32gb of memory card install and it is not using it. The same issue with my galaxy Camara and Galaxy

My device always shows no enough storage. I have 32gb of memory card install and it is not using it.
The same issue with my galaxy Camara and Galaxy Ace phone. They both have memory cards of 32gb inside.
What can I do?

My tablet wont charge

My tablet ran out of charge and now it wont charge at all. When I connect to the supplied charger via the wall socket the empty battery symbol with circular symbol appears then the battery symbol appears for a couple of seconds with it partially filled with blue. This will then cycle every few seconds between empty symbol and symbol with partial blue

Hi.

If you drag down from the top of the screen, this will bring up your notification panel. From here there should be a symbol for auto rotate. This is where you can turn auto rotate back on.

My GT-P3110 internet browser doesnt work.

My GT-P3110 internet browser doesnt work. The devise is showing that it is wi fi connected and signal is strong. When I enter the address in search window the message "the web page not available"coming up. The Skype connection is OK. My other PC internet connection is working normally and therefore it must be the problem with the tablet.

Hi.

I recommend performing a factory data reset on your Galaxy Tab 2. You can do this by following these steps:
Settings → Back up and reset → Factory data reset → Reset device → Erase everything.

Performing a factory data reset will erase all data from your device. I advise that you back up your data on Samsung KIES. Please see the link below to find all of the information and tutorials on Samsung KIES:

how to link my tablet (samsung tab 2 7.0) to my PC?

I usually just plug my tablet into the USB port and it shows in my computer but I tried this and it states it can not down load drivers. I have tried the suggested remedies but none work. Tried downloading Kies and that did not work either. Can anyone help?

Please ensure that you are signed into your Google Play Store account and that you have sufficient storage space for the app you wish to download.

If you have tried this and are still unable to download apps, we recommend performing a factory data reset in order to resolve this issue.

help with SD card problem

i have moved apps to SD card and now it says SD card not installed, so i can't access/use the apps. there is SD card in place. the only option available is mount SD card, when i press that button it says SD card is blank. what can i do? and how do i stop this happening again (i.e. how can i move stuff to SD card to ensure that i have enough device memory space?)

what cable do i need to get my tablet to connect to my tv??..

as it say the ECC1TP0BBE Tv Out Cable will only work on a Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000.. and i have a tab 2...and I dont want to waste money on getting something that wont work.. so will this one work or is there another cable?

Hi,

You will need an MHL adapter for the GT-P1000 as well as a universal HDMI adapter.

The MHL adapter required is the EPL-3PHPBEGXAR.

Unfortunately the Tab 2 does not support an MHL connection and so it is not possible to connect this device to your TV.

Media sharing over DLNA devices

I am using Windows XP (sp3)
I have installed DivX Media player, ver 10, and have attempted to stream various file types to my Samsung GT-P3113 device from the DivX media server.
The DivX media server and video player on the tablet have connected over my Wi-Fi router, but I am unable to get any files to stream to my tablet.
The video player, ver 1.1, just indicates there are no video files available.
I have opened the required ports in my firewall, McAfee Total Protection 2013.

Hi,

Unfortunately, you can only save certain applications to your SD card. To find out whether an app can be saved to your SD card, please navigate to the following menu:

Settings > Application Manager > All Apps > Find the app you would like to move > Tap on it and if it is possible to move this app the option will appear on the screen, if it does not give the option it will not be possible.

You can move media files such as photos, videos and music to your memory card by selecting the content you wish to move in My Files and selecting ‘Move to EXTSDcard’.

If you only bought the tab 2 or 3 weeks ago, please check whether the fault is coming from your tablet, or your charger.

If you find your charger to be at fault, we can replace this for you. To arrange this please call our technical team on 0330 726 7864, please have a copy of your proof of purchase at hand.

If your tablet is still not charging with a different charger, you can either get this inspected by one of our Samsung engineers at one of our service centers or your device will have to be sent to us for repair.

As the tab is only a few weeks old, we recommend you firstly contact the retailer you purchased the device from to check their return policy.
