Question

How do I delete TV programs downloaded from skygo extra,

I can not see a function on the screen to do this, when I swipe the downloaded tv show it just opens it.

Also can downloads from Skygo extra be loaded on to the sd card as space very quickly runs out in the internal memory.

how do you screen shot?

Hello I got my samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0 last Christmas, I updated it but never found out how to do screen shots with the update. Before I updated it you could screen shot by pressing a button where the home and return icon are. Please can you tell me how to screen shot? It would help alot.

Faulty Charger?

My Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 is 2 weeks old. From the start I have had problems with the charger. It is temperamental. Sometimes it will charge and sometimes it won't. If I touch the end where it connects to the tab, it charges or doesn't charge and sometimes a red cross appears. Furthermore, when I connect the charger I have to put the wire underneath the tab so it connects properly and also, the charge leaps from say, 14% right to 100% and tab says fully charged but the battery then depletes very quickly!
Advice please as I am becoming more and more frustrated with my new toy!

Hi,

If you have the 3G version of your tab you will be able to do this. Although if you have the WI-Fi model it will not accept a SIM card.

Hi,

Please backup your phone using Samsung KIES. Perform a factory reset by pressing Menu > settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset . When this is completed please connect your phone to Samsung KIES and restore your phone.

Problem with playing downloaded Google Play TV Show?

I purchased Heroes Season One and downloaded them onto my MicroSD, the problem is that when I go to play an episode through MX Player, only the first few seconds play and it freezes or hasn't even downloaded the whole episode. This happens for all the episodes, any advice would be appreciated.

If you go into My Files then you can look through the folders to find the music file you paid for. It could also depending on where you downloaded it from be stored within the application itself.
