Hi.

This is caused by the NFC capability of your device. Turning off NFC should stop this happening.

My UK Note 2 has now received the KitKat 4.4 update, had no information from Samsung whatsoever when I posted on here, got the same response that you did!
Check the update section on your phone and you should find it there now.

My Note 2 has now updated to KitKat 4.4, no information from Samsung whatsoever, I just kept checking the update section on my phone after I saw that someone else said their phone had received KitKat.

Question

My video recordings on my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 will not play back consistent sound.Picture is fine but sound jumps on device & laptop.

The op system is Windows 7 on my laptops. I have tried several codecs etc but with no joy. Can anyone tell me how to playback recorded video footage from my Note 2 please?

If your device is connecting to other Wi-Fi networks it would suggest the problem was with the individual Wi-Fi network itself rather than your phone.

re samsung galaxy note 2 extremely slow after 4.3 update

After 4.3 update my device is so slow not responding to touch
always a delay 2sec sometimes 5sec delay. Battery dies out even quicker
apps are 65% slower how do I revert bk to the old os

Question

New software 4.3_0018 download e-mail not working well enough?

The older version e-mail used to sync extremely well with Hotmail and it was the main reason that I loved the Samsung add-on for android. However since the upgrade the e-mail does not sync automatically and sometimes even manually syncing does not sync the e-mail. After deleting the e-mail it is not always deleted from my Hotmail inbox and this means that when I log into the web version I have to re-delete e-mails that I have deleted from the note 2. The same happens when I delete from web version it does not delete from the app. Is there a way I can go back to the old version and if not can I expect a fix so that the app runs as smooth and brilliantly as it did the older version?

As your phone is not making or receiving calls, we would firstly recommend that you contact your network provider regarding this.

Please note, you can find your phone’s IMEI number on the back of the phone also, behind the battery.

Samsung provided a 24 month warranty on all our handsets, 12 months for the charger and 6 months each for the battery and earphones.

How do I regress from Android 4.3 to previous 4.1 OS ? I am having many problems with 4.3

I currently have Galaxy Note 2 (GT-N7105) and have had the latest 4.3 download automatically. There are several problems with this version so I want to recover back to the old OS. Any ideas?
