my phone has forgot its IMEI number :(

can anybody help? i have a s3 LTE I9305, my IMEI and Baseband have disappeared after replacing my screen, does anybody know of how to fix this?

Hi,

Please be advised that the SBI application which you have described is a third party application. As these are not developed or maintained by Samsung, unfortunately we are not able to provide technical support for them.

You will need to contact the application's developers for assistance. They may be able to provide technical support, updates or expected release dates of compatible versions for your version of Android, or for your particular model of device.

Most developers have an ‘Email Developer’ link advertised on their app’s page on the Google Play Store for customers to provide feedback about issues like this.

the volume from the music player is too low

Volume to my headphones from the phone is fine but I cannot hear music from the music player. This is a recent problem, it was fine a few days ago.

Hi,

Can you try resetting the handset by going to Settings > Back up and reset.  Prior to resetting can you please ensure you have backed up your contacts via Google Mail and that you also back up your files either via Samsung Kies, by Mass Storage or with an external SD Memory card.  This should resolve the issue for you.

Question

How do I change the volume during a call as it's tool loud and distorts?

I have the volume turned right down during calls but it is still too loud and the recipient says is echoing. To me it sounds like they are on loud speaker but they aren't. It used to be fine. The phone is only one month old.
If I play music the sound is perfect and but distorts in calls whterh using handset or headphones.
I'm sure there'll be a setting somewhere but I can't find it.

I can pair my phone to my holden commodore SV6 2010 model, but the contacts do not connect or update using my Samsung Galaxy s3 4G

Previous phone was an Omnia 7 and it was never an issue..... I love the phone, but being a sales manager on the road, I'm unable to keep in contact with the sales team. Is it possible to install the previous versions of bluetooth?
