what happened to my gallery?

hello my mother is a owner of a Samsung Galaxy S3 and there has been a problem, when we take pictures on the smart phone we are not able to see the pictures. We have looked and looked for the gallery and we are not able to find i dont know what to do?

GT-i9300 asks for keyboard info on reboot

Suddenly a few days ago I noticed the keyboard icon in the top left of my screen each morning when I turned my phone on. Every day It asks the same question. I select the Samsung Keyboard but there is no 'Save' or 'OK' button once I have selected so the problem persists.

Hi Ken,

I would suggest backing your phone up to your PC using Samsung KIES and performing a factory reset on your phone followed by using KIES to restore your backup. Please ensure all your media is backed up to external SD.

Hi,

You can see a list of our embedded lauguages by pressing menu > Settings > Lanaguages and Input > Languages. If the language you require is not available you can download a 3rd party app from the Google Play Store to achieve this.

my otg cable will not connect to my phone

My phone will still charge and will also connect to my pc without a problem but my otg cable will not be recognized by my phone anymore. I have purchased three more cables without success and have also tested the cables on friends phones also galaxy s3 and the cables work fine.

Best calendar to sync S3 with Windows XP/Vista/7/8

I want to be able to sync a calendar with my S3 & Windows desktop/laptop PC's, so that adding an event onto the S3 will show on my desktop & laptop calendars and vice versa.
This seems to be an unsurmountable problem if online discussions are anything to go by!
Which calendar would people recommend to achieve this - Google Calendar, MS Outlook, etc?

Hi Anonymous,

It is personal preference which account you would like to sync with your S3. Just ensure that when you are using the Splanner you select calendar which will come up at the top of the screen within this application and you only have the account which you would like to use selected. If you are looking to use Outlook you would have to do this via Samsung KIES and connect your handset each time you want to transfer and receive information.

You can do a full back up of your S3 by using our Samsung KIES software.

Hi breithhhhh,

Try your handset in safe mode when charging to see if you have the same issue. To put your S3 in safe mode restart and when it comes to the S3 logo hold the volume down button, if it operates as normal this is caused by a third party app and you should delete these. To take your handset out of safe mode just restart as normal.

We would advise that you take both the handset and charger back to the retailer (if purchased within the past 28 days). The retailer should attempt to charge the phone via an alternative charger to establish whether the issue lies with the charger or the phone itself.

If the phone was purchased over 28 days then you will need to contact our Galaxy Support team on 0330 7267864.

Hi Jennifer,

Please note we do not lock any of our devices to any particular network. Some service providers may lock handsets to their own network, in order to ensure continued usage with them during the length of a user contract for example, which means only the service provider will have any unlock code for the handset.

As we do not lock our devices to any network, we are unable to advise as to why it may take 40 days for the device to be unlocked.

If you purchase an Allshare Cast Dongle you can play videos directly onto your television. Depending on your televisions capability you can also use Allshare Play.

galaxy s3 wont start after system update

my galaxy s3 had a system update which I installed at which point it rebooted my phone. it did all the usual bits until it went to turn on again. now it wont go past the Samsung screen and keeps repeating it over and over.
