Hi,

Is the firmware on your S3 up to date? If so, you could try deleting the app by; Going to Settings > Applications > Mannage applications > Tap application > Uninstall. Then, you need to go back to the play store and reinstall the app. If you need any further assistance with this application, please contact the provider.

1.From the Home Screen tap Contacts.
2. Press the Menu button.
3. Tap Import/Export.
4. Tap Export to SD card.

Hi.

Have you tried a factory reset on the device? If you do this, please make sure you fully backup the device to Samsung Kies, ensuring you don't lose any files or contact details. I've attached a guide on how to use Kies to backup the device.

You can add any notes/memo files to an email simply by going to your email app and attaching the files you want to send.

How do I move Apps to SD Card?

Unable to send Apps to SD card in Applications Manager - There is no "Send to SD card" button displayed - only Uninstall, Clear Data etc. My S III recognises SD card and it has plenty of space. How do I get the Application Manager to allow me to transfer Apps to SD card? Thanks!

I'm afraid some applications cannot be moved to an SD card. For such apps the Move to SD card option will be unavailable. Hope this helps.

My can I stop my Samsung S3 from Freezing?

I have had my samsung for a year and a half now and recently it has begun to freeze the screen. The only way to remedy this is to manually pull the battery from the back. On booting the phone back up it looses between 10-20 percent of the battery charge. It seems to be happening more frequently and can happen 2 to 3 times a day.

Why the battery drain in Flight mode?

Please can you explain why/what in the device uses so much power when in Flight mode (& screen off) that drains the battery?

Even with a new battery it loses 5% of its power overnight.

I thought that Flight mode closed everything down and made the device hibernate... but apparently not.

Hi,

Whilst in flight mode, you can still be connected to wifi therefore, it can still drain the battery. I would advise that you turn off wifi before turning on flight mode. There are also third party power saving apps available on the play store that can manage your devices power to enhance your battery life. The other devices that you want to connect to, need to search on their Wi-Fi and select your network. Also, they would need the password or the network key to access web of your network. For more information on this, please contact the Galaxy team on 0330 726 7864.

Have you tried opening with Kies? http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/ This should allow you to manage all of your files on your S3 on your computer.

How do i restore or set up a Samsung account on a Galaxy S3

A few weeks back, I accidentally accepted a software upgrade and when I did, it somehow brought up my wifes Hotmail account details and kept asking me to put in a password to verify the account. I got so fed up, I just stopped the Samsung account and now cannot access Google play store or any other Samsung account related apps. PLEASE HELP me to restore or set up a NEW Samsung account.

1. From the Home Screen tap Apps menu item.
2. Drag the screen to the right and then tap the Settings menu item.
3. Tap Accounts & sync.
4. Tap Add account.
5. Tap 'Samsung account'.
6. Fill in the required details and then tap the 'Sign in' button.
7. Read the Terms and Conditions and when you are happy, tap the 'Agree' button.
8. Check your email you registered with this account for the verification link. When you have received it, tap the 'Next' button
