Hi Jim, this can be done by using our KIES software available from www.samsung.com/uk/kies.
You could also enable mass storage mode on the phone and it would then appear as a drive on your computer. This can be done by going to Applications - Settings - Wireless and network - USB Utilities - Mass Storage Mode. Now connect the phone to your PC and it will appear under "My Computer" as a drive, your photos can then be found under the DCIM folder.

Sorry to hear that. This would be a software issue and we would advise you to perform a reset on the device. Please back up all data and do the following: Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset. The issue could also be the result of infected music files, it may be wise to scan these using a virus checker on your PC. If this fails please call our team for further assistance, 0330 726 7864.

The Galaxy S2 features a program called Polaris Office which allows you to create and edit office documents, please check with your network provider as they may have removed this application. Question

Sending SMS in other languages (Cyrillic) on Galaxy SII

I have problem on receiving end. I send SMS in Russian but on recipients telephone it appears as ??????. Her replies I can see in Russian OK. I use English (UK) telephone language and English + Russian as input languages (changing display to Russian didn't help). I can see Russian keyboard and type OK but ??? it is all that is received (like decoding in PC between DOS, KOI-8 etc). It gives warning that symbols can be lost and advises on automatic input method but I got the telephone for 2 days only and a bit lost here.
The telephone is Galaxy SII which I love a lot and I used iPhone before which I didn't like but it was OK SMSing in Russian.
