We would suggest performing a factory data reset on the device: Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset. You will then be able to setup the phone with your information.

Could be a rouge application. Can you please back up all data and perform a reset on the item.

Applications - Settings - Privacy - Factory data reset.

You can transfer data through Samsung KIES and for printing you would use Samsung mobile print app.

Can you try removing the SIM then inserting it again. If this does not resolve the issue then we would recommend that you contact your network provider as your settings may need to be adjusted.

Hi,

Your phone may need a factory reset as this could be a firmware glitch. Please backup your phone using Samsung KIES. Perform a factory reset by pressing Menu > settings > Accounts > Backup and reset > Factory data reset . When this is completed please connect your phone to Samsung KIES and restore your phone.

MY GALAXY S PHONE HANGS

HI,
I HAVE GALAXY S PHONE, THE PROBLEM I AM FACING IS THAT IT HANGS A LOT AND TURNS OFF ON ITS OWN. HAVE TRIED TO RESET IT SO MANY TIMES BUT IT STILL HANGS. IT RUNS ON ANDRIOD GINGERBREAD. THE LAST THING I WOULD LIKE TO DO IS TO DOWNGRADE IT BACK TO FROYO, BUT I DONT KNOW HOW ?

Using a Windows PC, I connected via USB lead & just copied using Windows Explorer.

I have also copied to an SD card and connected that to an SD card reader on my PC. This second option will work with a Mac etc.

Yes you can, SDHC is always better! Best try Class 10! I have Micro SDHC 16GB class 10, no problems with it!

Samsung Galaxy Si9000 is running slow can it be fixed officially from samsung?

My Phone is running slow I have a SD in it and stuff but the over lap is slow and is lagging, it also freezes the screen. I don't have apps running all the time to cause this. I have read many problems with this on others but they have resolved it with an app but samsung doesn't have anything official to sort it? HELP
