Have you checked your device is running the latest firmware update? Have you tried rebooting the device?

Hi.

To sync your application contacts with your mobile contacts, go to Settings > Accounts > *Select application account* > Sync Contacts.

This will then add your application contacts to your contact list saved on your SIM card or internal device storage.

My Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini doesnt wan to turn on and I dont know whats wrong with it. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

When I try to turn on my S3 Mini the screen freezes on the samsung logo and it doesnt matter how long I leave it on it will still be stuck on the samsung logo. I tried taking out the battery and putting it back in but it doesnt work. Do you know how I can fix this?

Hi David,

Have you enabled USB debugging mode? To do this on your S3 Mini, go to: Apps > Settings > About Device > Build Number > Tap 7 times > Press Return > Delevoper Options > USB Debugging.

Why does my S3 mini keep getting stuck on the start up screen?

Hi Lorna, Safe mode only allows core processes and applications to function. You can turn safe mode off by press and hold the Power button until the device options window appears> Tap restart. Your device should now restart with safe mode disabled. In some cases you may need to remove the battery and reinsert it before you restart the device. Hope this helps.

Recognised by computer as"U8500 usb drive, but no drivers available for this device"

How do I stop my phone periodically downloading very old emails time and time again, even after I have deleted them?

Every now and then I go through a few days when my Galaxy iii mini keeps downloading very old emails. I delete them, and then a short while later theyre downloaded again. Any help in how to prevent this would be much appreciated.

Hi.

Have you tried logging in to your email account on a computer? Sometimes emails that are not deleted from the computer can keep reappearing on the phone.

If you have tried this, please check that the software on the device is up to date. You can check this by going to Settings > About device > Software Update > Check for updates.

Failing this, please perform a factory reset on the device. Go to Settings - Back up and reset - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase everything.

Performing a factory data reset will erase all data from your device. I advise that you back up your data on Samsung KIES. Please see the link below to find all of the information and tutorials on Samsung KIES:

However, if it is a third party application you are using, I recommend contacting them directly with regards to this issue.
