Have you tried logging in to your email account on a computer? Sometimes emails that are not deleted from the computer can keep reappearing on the phone.
If you have tried this, please check that the software on the device is up to date. You can check this by going to Settings > About device > Software Update > Check for updates.
Failing this, please perform a factory reset on the device. Go to Settings - Back up and reset - Factory data reset - Reset device - Erase everything.
Performing a factory data reset will erase all data from your device. I advise that you back up your data on Samsung KIES. Please see the link below to find all of the information and tutorials on Samsung KIES:
However, if it is a third party application you are using, I recommend contacting them directly with regards to this issue.
