The easiest way to transfer photos and other files to and from your phone is by using the Kies software, which you can download here: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/usefulsoftware/KIES/

How do I reset the app password (16 characters) when the field is limited to 15

I recently had to reset my microsoft hotmail password, and was sent an app password to use in order to set this up again to work on my smart phone. This is 16 characters long but my phone will only accept 15 characters max in the password field. How do I resolve this so that I can download emails on my phone again?

I recently did a hard reboot on my daughters ace 2 as it was freezing a lot and running really slow. I also upgraded it through kies and got jelly bean, but the phone is worse than ever. crashes, shut downs, freezing, super slow? how can I get this phone put back on original system software. how can I get this phone back to working like it used to?

Hi Fabio, You can move your files to your SD card by: Pressing Apps> My files> Images/videos> Device storage> Locate the file you wish to move> Tap the files and select them> Tap the option icon> Tap move> SD card> Navigate the folder to where you want them and tap move here to complete. I have upgraded my Galaxy Ace 2 as suggested on Kies to the latest software Android 4.1.2 and done a factory reset but the phone is very slow.

The phone is now very slow and keeps freezing and turning itself off, I am getting fed up with this situation as I like the new software, Can you please help?

Hi Bruce.

To delete a contact. Tap on the contact you want to delete, tap the menu button (To the left of the home button) this will bring up a few options, one of which will be "delete" this is how you delete a contact.
