Drivers not working for my Samsung Galaxy W
Every time I connect my phone to my laptop, I get a message saying that the MTP usb drivers have failed to install and therefore the laptop fails to recognise my phone. Is there a solution to this?

Using Kies on a Mac with a Galaxy W
Hi,
Can somebody clarify whether or not Kies on the Mac supports the Galaxy W? The Galaxy W page has a link to download Kies for Mac, but the Kies for Mac page doesn't list the Galaxy W as a supported phone.

Samsung's response is incorrect and I have asked them to correct it. Despite the phone's all round excellence, the Galaxy Wonder (GT-I8150) does *NOT* have TV Out capability via its 3.5mm connector.
If you have a DLNA-enabled TV or DLNA-enabled set-top box, you could use the AllShare app on your phone to connect via LAN allowing you to display your media files (video, music, photos).
Note: if necessary, you should be able to configure a spare PC/laptop to act as a DLNA-enabled set-top box.

This is indeed possible, you will require a 3.5mm to RCA TV out cable. For availability of this item, please check with your retailer.

Hi Toni, to assign an image to a contact, please do the following: Open the contact in your phone book, press the menu key and select "edit", If you now press on the image icon you will be able to assign a new image.

You can use a third party app such as Handcent to send messages to multiple contacts. I have been able to send messages in batches of 20 or more recipients. Try it

Your phone is only able to message a maximum of 10 contacts at a time, this is to combat mass messaging and spam. You can always re-enter the message and forward to further contacts in groups of 10.
Unfortunately there is no way to remove this feature, sorry for any inconvenience caused.
