Samsung's response is incorrect and I have asked them to correct it. Despite the phone's all round excellence, the Galaxy Wonder (GT-I8150) does *NOT* have TV Out capability via its 3.5mm connector.
If you have a DLNA-enabled TV or DLNA-enabled set-top box, you could use the AllShare app on your phone to connect via LAN allowing you to display your media files (video, music, photos).
Note: if necessary, you should be able to configure a spare PC/laptop to act as a DLNA-enabled set-top box.

This is indeed possible, you will require a 3.5mm to RCA TV out cable. For availability of this item, please check with your retailer.
