Is there a spell check on this phone?

I am amazed there is no spell check option, predictive text or any other spell check feature on this phone. Can you help?

Hi,

Yes we would be glad to help, Please activate predictive text in order to get your spelling checked. You will need to go to Menu, Messages, Menu and then activate ''G9''

how to transfer the contact list from galaxy tab to galaxy pro?

I had full backup the data of galaxy tab by kies2.0 as a .sbu file, when i connect the galaxy pro, there is no option to recovery the data from galaxy tab.sbu to galaxy pro. how to solve it. thanks

Hi, Once the data is backed up through Kies and the device is connected you would need to select the restore option in the top right hand corner of Kies to restore the information.

Hi Park, this is not possible due to the QWERTY keyboard. The phone however is Quad band enabled. If you could source this phone from Korea if that is possible, and insert a UK SIM card, then you would be able to do this.

To remove this gadget, please long hold on it until a trash can appears on screen, then drag and drop the gadget into the recycle bin.

Hi Sara, the Android operating system installed on this device does indeed offer some support for the Arabic language. This can be changed by going to Applications - Settings - Language and Keyboard and selecting Arabic.

Battery life too short

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with battery performance on this device. Applications such as the web browser are heavy users of power, we would advise that you lower the screen brightness on the device and turn off all unused applications and functions when not in use, eg. Bluetooth, gps. Please do the following: Applications - Settings - Display - Brightness.

Hi Nikhil,

If you download and install our Samsung KIES software on to your computer, then connect the device via a USB data cable, the KIES software will then notify you of any updates available for the device.

Please be advised that you can free up space on your device by deleting old messages, contacts, applications and media. You may also be able to move some applications to your memory card to free up more internal memory.

Firstly I would try backing up your handset with Samsung KIES then performing a reset. You can do this by Settings>Back up and Reset>Factory Data Reset.

If a screen lock has been placed on the device and the password forgotten, please select the option for "Forgot my password" and follow the instructions to recover your Google account. Let us know how you get on.
