NX1000 will not start even through battery new and fully charged

Hi, My nx1000 keeps saying battery low and turns off. I bought a new battery (and fully charged it) but still have the same issue. any ideas?

Check your Wi-Fi settings and that you are running the latest firmware on the camera which is available at http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/EV-NX1000BABGB and attempt to upload again.

Are you going to bring out firmware that updates SkyDrive to the new OneDrive?

As SkyDrive has changed it's name to OneDrive, I can't upload photos with my NX1000.

Question

Unable to update lens firmware on NX1000

I've downloaded the lens firmware file and extracted relevant lens.bin (20-50mm) file to the root of the SD card. When I go into the camera settings and try to update firmware, the lens firmware option is greyed out.

How do I update it?

Samsung E-Support: if you try to upgrade from version 1.0 to the current 1.15 you cannot follow the steps in the document. The firmware field as explained above will be greyed out.

PC Auto backup

Have installed the latest version on a windows 7 pc ..
My issue is the the program keeps crashing or sometimes connects to the camera with a few restarts of the program ..Also very often when I start teh PC the program does not finish loading and am forced to closed the program via control alt delete as it keeps showing even when I open another program over the top
I have searched for this problem but cannot find any

Unable to connect to wireless network

As per p. 49 of the User Manual I rotate the mode dial to Wi-Fi, then select on of the five specified icons and then press MENU, but this does not bring up the Wi-Fi Settings screen from which to select my wireless network (AP). The most up-to-date Firmware version is installed in my camera and all other connections on my wireless network function perfectly. I have tried resetting the camera, removing and reinserting the battery but to no avail. I'd be most grateful for any assistance.
