Hi Myra,

When you are in areas with weak signals or poor reception, you may lose reception. Move to another area and try again. You cannot access some options without a subscription. Please contact your service provider for more details. Hope this helps.

Download photos/videos to my PC

Its quite simple, well, you would think so. All I want to do is plug my camera into my computer then download photos and videos from my camera to my computer. With me so far? good. I need to download the necessary software - something called Kies, but there seems to be two sorts but I cant for the life of me tell which one I need!

Hi.

The difference between Kies and Kies 3 is that Kies 3 only supports models on android version 4.3 and above. As your device is running on 4.1.2 please download Samsung Kies.

Why can I not access my home screen?

sound quality for video recording

I have been to a few music concerts and done a lot of video recording. For some reason the siubd is very distorted, the base over rules everything and I just get terrible banging noises in the video. Is this normal?

Hi Douglas,

You should be able to delete individual pictures (files) either on the camera or when viewing the SD Card content on a mac. Be sure to open up the individual picture and do not delete the whole folder.

If your device is frozen or unresponsive, press and hold down the power button for 6-8 seconds. The device should reboot itself automatically. If this does not solve the problem, please call our technical support team on 0330 7267864 for further assistance. Alternatively, visit your local Samsung repair centre http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/servicelocation/ to speak to an engineer. Hope this helps.

Hi Vartan,

If you are unable to navigate through the menu, you can try resetting the device by holding down the power button for 6-8 seconds.

To perform a factory reset your will have to navigate to the following menu:

Settings > Back up and reset > Factory data reset > Reset device > Erase everything

Question

How do I remove the demo on a Galaxy Camera?

Long story short, I've been told by you to sell them but the only rep. I could contact said to reload them?
Me and the other technicians don't understand. Can I have more info please, as no one wants a camera that erases their pictures every time it starts the demo screen, or teaches them how to use it every 15 seconds, or plays the demo instead of locking thus wasting battery.

Also the reset buttons aren't highlighted, pressing them does nothing.

If possible, we would firstly recommend you tried the SIM card you are attempting to use in another device. This will determine whether the problems you are experiencing are coming from your camera or the SIM.
