After yuo have taken the pics press the play button , is next to the lcd monitor and the simbol is just like the play button in your dvd player . good luck

We can confirm that this is a function of your camera. The black and white effect is referred to as "Classic" within your list of filters.
To enable this feature please do the following: In Shooting mode, press menu, select the camera icon or movie icon -> Smart Filter, and select Classic.
